On Monday October 10th, Kohl's VP-District Manager Irene Rowe, and Campus Manager, Heather Miyamoto presented “The 5 Roles of a Manager” to approximately 40 Business/Management Students.
The premise of the presentation was to give students an overview of the “basics” to being a manager, to include the different roles of: Project Manager, Financial Analyst, HR Manager, Customer Service Manager, and the largest role of all – being the BOSS! Students also received an overview of Kohl's Management Trainee & Intern programs, which is perfect timing prior to the career fair.
