UMASS Amherst Career Fair

What a great turnout!

We had over 30 candidates selected for first interviews on February 23rd. Traffic was steady all day and many of the candidates had retail experience and a passion for customer service. We received some great feedback about the info session held on the night before the career fair. Our Campus Ambassador, Lauren did a terrific job connecting with the students and was able to share her personal experiences from her internship this summer. We were hoping to get more internship candidates but the majority of students were graduating seniors or MBA candidates.

A student, who stopped by the Kohl's booth, had this to say: "I love Kohl's...everyone is so friendly! I would love to be a part of the success that I see happening."

N.C. State College of Management Career Fair

The NC State Career Fair was a GREAT event! With the talent that attended for Kohl’s, we were able to show NC State Students what a great opportunity would lie ahead for them should they choose to pursue a career with Kohl’s. Although many of those attending were looking for information on career’s and internships that we did not bring with us (Marketing, Finance, etc.), we were able to connect with these associates and get them the information that they needed. This will be a great partnership with the University for years to come!
