On October 6th to October 8th , Kohl’s University Relations team and members of Product Development visited SCAD (Savannah College or Art and Design) in Savannah, Georgia-which is noted as one of the top fashion design programs in the country.
During the visit, the Kohl’s representatives had the wonderful opportunity to tour the school’s museum, as well as student facilities. Most important the visit gave Kohl’s the opportunity to connect with students, as well as meet with faculty and staff, and get a better understanding of the SCAD. During the visit, the team interviewed over 35 students interested in internship opportunities in Product Development at corporate headquarters. University Relations Coordinator Wokie Daboh stated, “SCAD provided us with a 360 degree perspective of the program, allowing us to make the connection between the students and Kohl’s.”
